We offer both private and shared rooms to our veterans depending on their income and their immediate needs. We sometimes have to contract with 3rd party resources to meet some of the needs of our veterans but, most of them are independent simply requiring a clean, safe environment and a home cooked meal. We assist them with laundry and transportation to their medical appointments as well as the neighborhood community center that offers the most wonderful outings for a community of 65 and over. We try to be there to assist with making sure that all of their needs are met even above housing like case management services and if they are in a recovery program we want to make sure that they are able to access their program remain sober. We are a sober living community that takes certain measures to make sure that the residents da communities remain in a comfortable Environment for everyone.

We also work with the income levels of our Veterans as well and again try to connect them to the resources they require. Now we also have some apartment homes like separate living spaces for some of those who are pretty capable of taking care of their needs themselves. This sometimes looks like an add-on addition located on the same property that may consist of a bedroom and bath but, still in some way is connected to the main property on which it sits for shared kitchen and so on. We provide some type of house manager that is on the property to assist with meals. We will be happy to work with Medical Foster, Hud-Vash Private Pay, 551/SSDI or any other programs that assist our Veterans hope that I have answered all of youth questions but, if i have not please feel free to contact me for any further information.
